PGIM Operations & Innovation
PGIM Operations & Innovation provides the operations and technology support that contributes to PGIM being a world-class investment manager. We supply transaction-level support, generate and report investment results and ensure that our investment results are accurately reflected on our books and records.

I nvestment Operations
The Investment Operations organization is part of PGIM Operations & Innovation and provides recordkeeping, accounting, reporting and technology services for the investment portfolios supporting the Insurance Companies. Additionally, we support all investment data for the Chief Investment Officer and the Chief Risk Officer for Prudential.

The Limit Monitoring Team within Management Reporting & Analysis is looking for an Investment Operations Associate.
The position is primarily responsible for Risk and Statutory limits compliance monitoring and reporting.
Monitoring is completed utilizing information from multiple sources and various tests are performed to confirm if investment entities/portfolios comply with their respective limits. Some of these exposure tests include permissible investments, asset class exposure, single issuer exposure, country exposure, sector exposure, equity and fund investment exposure, Statutory, and Duration. The results of these compliance tests are analyzed and subsequently distributed to business partners on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Other reporting needs may arise on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities Include:

Daily review of limit monitoring dashboards & reports

Researching limit overages & validating overage causes with business partner

Processing of limit overages in workflow tool

Daily compilation/analysis/distribution of collateral monitoring reports

Monthly compilation/analysis/distribution of limit monitoring reports

Quarterly compilation/analysis/distribution of Statutory limit monitoring reports

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, or related major
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
• Knowledge of investment accounting and of various investment instruments
• High level of self-motivation and dedication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Client focused and results oriented
• Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
• An individual with internship or 1 years of professional experience is a plus.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
