We are seeking the right person to be our very first CRM & Marketing Automation Leader. This pioneer will enable our growth aspirations, partner close with marketing and sales, and become a crucial part of what we (humbly) believe is a dynamic and inspiring team of people.

What You Will Get Paid To Do

Reporting to the Director of Business Development and responsible for working closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, this individual must be a “strategic doer.” The right person will be able to be effective at conceiving and implementing strategic approaches as well as rolling up their sleeves and making the work concepts come to life. There are two huge areas of responsibility, and lots of other things you will need to do to have a significant impact.

  1. CRM and Marketing Automation management:
    The engineering and execution of how our marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms will integrate, operate and enable our business strategy. Responsibilities include system architecture, workflow development, process improvement, campaign execution, dashboard creation and more.

  2. Sales and Marketing (Market and Customer) insights:
    Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring data-driven insights. The expectation is to deliver understandable data that translates into actionable information to help us more efficiently find, win, retain and grow customers.

Things You Have Probably Done

Experience managing, administering or working with Salesforce
Experience managing, operating or working with marketing automation software (Hubspot preferred)
Experience utilizing tools to support email and multi-modal campaigns at high volumes of frequency
Experience integrating systems and processes to help salespeople achieve higher levels of performance
Has been good at doing all that stuff and more 🙂
