To further fuel ProviderTrust’s growth, we are seeking a Customer Lead & Analytics Manager to help manage, enable and deliver data-driven customer and market insights.

Core Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring data-driven insights. The expectation is to deliver understandable data that translates into actionable information to help us more effectively find, win, retain and grow customers.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and responsible for working closely with the product, sales, marketing and customer success teams, this individual must be a “strategic doer”. This means the right person is able to be equally effective at conceiving of strategic approaches as well as rolling up their sleeves and making the work concepts come to life.

  1. CRM and Marketing Automation management:
    The growth, management and ongoing hygiene for our customer and prospect database. Essentially – growing and managing hundreds of thousands of data records.

  2. Data operations:
    The engineering and execution of how our marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms will integrate and operate. Responsibilities range from system architecture, data management, campaign execution and CRM data capture.

  3. Customer Analytics:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to bring data-driven insights. The expectation is to deliver understandable data that translates into actionable information to help us more effectively find, win, retain and grow customers.

Qualifications:

2 years relevant work experience required at a B2B SaaS company (SMB experience a plus)
2 years experience required in managing, administering or coordinating CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
2 years experience required in managing, administering or coordinating marketing automation software (Hubspot preferred)
Experience in utilizing tools to support email and multi-modal campaigns at high volumes of frequency
Familiarity with managing, procuring, inventing, creating and curating lead generation resources
Experience in the design and management of processes to enable ongoing hygiene of data
Experience in leveraging virtual staffers / remote workers
