Digital Marketing Analyst (All Levels)

Printfly Corporation is looking for an In-House Analyst (All Levels being considered)!!!

This role will serve as a key business partner in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and sales analysis. Additionally, this person will be responsible for preparing reports for and advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives. This is an in-house position, working out of our main Headquarters in NE Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to report and execute against KPIs
  • Monitor campaign and website performance via analytic tools and provide feedback and actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Track campaign results, analyze key metrics and optimization results
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive dashboards of KPIs for the Digital Marketing Team
  • Perform various ad-hoc analysis to understand root cause issues and key business drivers
  • Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly standardized reporting
  • Analyze, merge and translate data from various data sources into actionable recommendations

Other requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience with SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • An intellectually curious nature - we want someone who constantly asks "why?"
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and the ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • An understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting/predictive modeling methods, and experiment design
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Periscope Data or Tableau
  • Experience with Python/R
  • Previous experience in E-commerce
