This leader will set aggressive sales and profitability goals and determine strategies and tactics to achieve those results.  Partner marketing opportunities include traditional banner/sponsorship/contextual content sales to travel and non-travel clients, plus additional opportunities as you drive them.

Besides an understanding of traditional media selling and sales management, the candidate must have familiarity with programmatic buying/selling, leveraging data to maximize revenue, audience extension opportunities, and monetizing mobile traffic.


  • Direct the daily activities of the Priceline Media Group team
  • Lead the PMG staff to not only achieve immediate goals but also to develop skills and capabilities that incorporate new trends in media selling
  • Set pricing policies to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Develop innovative ideas and programs for differentiated selling and accelerated growth
  • Retain and expand existing client relationships, as well as target and obtain new customers including non-endemic clients
  • Manage goal-setting, forecasting, budgeting, and tracking for the team
  • Work with other members of the Priceline team to obtain buy-in, create marketing partnership opportunities, and execute against commitments in a world where resources must be negotiated

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications/skills:

  • A track record in selling digital advertising and marketing partnerships with at least 5 years within an internet sales environment
  • Experience in leading advertising/marketing teams with a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and infusing innovation
  • Familiarity with Ad Operations, including processes and technologies
  • Strong organization, presentation, and most importantly, analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to employ creative solutions and be a strategic thinker
  • A proactive personality that fits with the corporate culture
  • Travel industry experience a plus
