User Experience Researcher

Your tasks:

  • Creating a valuable presentation tool that is easy to learn and to use
  • Be the advocate of user needs in the company
  • Providing insights to the team about value proposition of features, and usability improvements needed on a daily basis
  • Conducting, analyzing, and reporting usability tests, surveys, interviews to the team
  • Analyzing usage data to evaluate results
  • Developing UX research methods in order to deliver the most relevant results possible.
  • Working in agile development environment, with rapid iterative testing

We need your help if you have

  • 1-2 years work experience with consumer products as a UX researcher
  • Solid experience in conducting user experience research with business users with a wide variety of user research methods
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and executing iterative usability testing of low and high fidelity prototypes
  • BA/BSc degree preferably in Cognitive Sciences / Psychology / Human Computer Interaction / Design / Computer Science
  • Critical thinking, analysis, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Empathy, strong user perspective
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Background in statistics/experience with SQL is a plus
