As our new teammate, you will have a broad recruiting responsibility:

  • Manage the entire candidate process, from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
  • Working closely with stakeholders from Manager level to C suite - you must be comfortable partnering at all levels
  • Clarifying expectations with software engineering teams and hiring managers
  • Enabling everyone in the organization to recruit smartly
  • Make the candidate's recruitment experience amazing

As a Technical Recruiter you will:

  • Be a true consultant to your stakeholders across all levels in their effort to grow Prezilia
  • Source candidates for requisitions across multiple departments (mostly engineering), locations and skill levels (ranging from entry level to executive level)
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels and be adept at sourcing a high volume of passive candidates directly
  • Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting status regularly
  • Partner with teams across the board to implement and execute effective sourcing programs and strategies
  • Participate on the recruiting team to implement best recruiting practices and creative strategies to source and recruit top talent
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

We'd like to meet you if you:

  • Have 5+ years recruiting experience within a fast paced organization; preferably a technology firm and/or startup environment
  • Have deep understanding of technology and the industry
  • Are a self-starter, who is also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient
  • Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in HR/Engineering
  • Are an excellent communicator in English
  • Are hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Are comfortable managing the hiring process, guiding stakeholders throughout and constructively push back when necessary
  • Can change gears on short notice and adapt to the new reality quickly and seamlessly
  • Take pride in work that is top notch and results that are second to none
