Prezi is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Recruiter to join our rapidly growing company. You'll have a broad recruiting responsibility:

  • Manage the entire candidate process, from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
  • Clarifying expectations with teams and hiring managers
  • Enabling everyone in the organization to recruit smartly
  • Make the candidate's recruitment experience amazing


As a Prezilian Recruiter you will:

  • Source candidates for requisitions across multiple departments (mostly go to market), locations and skill levels
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels and be adept at sourcing a high volume of passive candidates directly
  • Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting status regularly
  • Partner with our leads to implement and execute effective sourcing programs and strategies
  • Participate on the recruiting team to implement best recruiting practices and creative strategies to source and recruit top talent
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate


This is not a team lead position. 


We'd like to meet you if you:

  • Have 3+ years recruiting experience within a fast paced technology firm and/or startup experience
  • Have deep understanding of technology and the industry
  • Are a self-starter, who is also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient
  • Hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in HR/ or related
  • Are an excellent communicator in English
  • Are hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Can change gears on short notice and adapt to the new reality quickly and seamlessly
  • Take pride in work that is top notch and results that are second to none
