Your goal will be to drive user growth and engagement on the expanding Prezi platform. You will join the growing business operations team at Prezi and report to the head of marketing



- Manage a team for B2B and B2C lead generation, marketing operations, and metrics reporting

- Direct ownership  SEM, SEO, Email and large scale Digital Marketing campaigns

- Responsible for acquisition, user activation, and in-product conversion.

- Partner closely with product teams, in particular the growth product team on key areas of optimization, for example: user funnel

- Communicate strategic implications to management

- Be a thought leader in shaping the direction of the company's marketing vision and strategy


What you will need to get it done:

- 7 - 10 years of Internet marketing experience, with comprehensive expertise along the use funnel, and managing multi-million dollar SEM and Digital Marketing campaigns

- Strong analytical horsepower

- Strategic thinker who can identify new, better ways to grow the business

- Ability to distill data into a clear story

- Collaborative team player

- Strong people manager to build, motivate and guide a team

- Passion for Prezi's business and vision

- Experience with leading tools such as SalesForce, Pardot, Optimizely, Selligent, Adwords, Google Analytics, Intercom, and Hotjar

- Experience with reporting and analysis on campaign metrics and contribution

- Experience working with budgets and tracking spend

- Prior experience with both B2C and B2B websites preferred
