Customer Project Manager

Prezi is looking for an Agile Customer Project Manager for the Learn & Support, Customer Success and Sales teams (Customer Department).

The Customer Project Manager’s goal is to identify opportunities to improve customer operations and processes, and to make sure these team’s initiatives and ideas are prioritised, planned, staffed, executed, measured and evaluated. It requires a mix of analytical, technical, and operational skills in order to help analyze data, apply critical thinking to make recommendations, and to own the execution of these initiatives end to end. It will require cross functional collaboration between multiple stakeholders and teams, including product, engineering, support, design, and marketing.

This individual will work cross functionally to oversee and implement the following project areas:

  • customer technology stack tooling and maintenance
  • team tech debts
  • business development projects
  • company wide cross team projects


Projects include but not limited to: 

  • Manage webpage, campaign and survey A-B testing (for example: winback campaign implementation, cancellation survey development, getting started page development)
  • Manage learn content and localisation CMS optimisation and development projects (for example: improve article tagging, translation tools, etc.)  
  • Manage testing, evaluating and implementing new support channels (for example: live chat, phone support, etc.)   
  • Manage project planning, documentation, evaluation, and communication (for example: project documents, BRASK papers, release notes, hypothesises)
  • Manage customer technologies and systems (CRM and other platforms) development and maintenance for the support, learn, internationalization and social media support teams (for example: user flagging in the support CRM, group segmentation projects based on demographics, etc.)



Plan the project

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Staff the project

  • In consultation with the appropriate manager, recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities
  • Manage project staff and/or dependencies according to the established policies and practices of the organization
  • Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project

Implement the project

  • Execute the project according to the project plan
  • Develop and use internal forms and records to document project activities
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Evaluate the project

  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Measure the project’s progression based on metrics established during planning phase
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
  • Key contributor to project meetings (team and department wide) and reports




  • 1-2 years of experience in agile project management and / or business development
  • Experience in working with customer driven organisations
  • Experience working with cross functional product development teams  
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English
