Senior Editor, Magazine (EDI0044)

POLITICO Magazine is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial editor to join our award-winning new project.

An ideal candidate will have an obsessive interest in national politics writ large, a love for great writing and reporting — and a proven record of helping writers produce it. We’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role in all aspects of a magazine that is both in print and online, from ideas to assigning to editing; thrives in a start-up culture; and is fluent in the new tools of the web. In addition to a track record of working with authors and a smart news sensibility, we’re looking for a colleague who has a wide-ranging intellectual curiosity, a gift for story-telling and a fast metabolism. And did we mention a fascination with all things Washington?
