What we expect you've already done:
- A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success as a leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment
- Established expertise in project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
- Led projects/programs in one or more of the following areas – business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, organizational change management, digital transformation, data & analytics, full cycle system implementations and enterprise applications, PMO or PPM development, project recovery/turnaround
- Assisted in business development and/or account leadership
- Worked with Agile/SCRUM methodologies (preferred, but not required)
- Worked as an effective leader across multiple industries and functional areas
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA
