What we expect you've already done:
  • A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success as a leader of complex business or technology initiatives, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Led systems implementation, program execution, operations and/or process improvement engagements
  • Developed skills and expertise in organizational transformation, change management, and/or organizational design
  • Worked as an effective leader across multiple industries and functional areas
  • Established expertise in project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA
  • This role is an opportunity to be involved in developing our growing Dallas market. Travel within Texas may be required for consulting engagements as we continue to develop this market
