Principal Consultant - Digital Services

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead and advise clients on the planning, delivery, and management of critical digital and mobile solutions
  • Help grow and shape our Digital Services practice by contributing thought leadership and experience to its products and service offerings
  • Drive business development through the deepening of existing Point B client relationships and the identification of new clients not yet served
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation by helping to develop and lead other Point B Associates

What we expect you've already done:

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategies across digital channels (e-commerce, mobile, social media, digital merchandising)
  • Strong experience applying user-focused digital design to build dynamic customer experiences
  • Hands-on experience in business case development, marketing, planning, implementation, operation, and management of digital & mobile applications
  • Developed business relationships and contributed to the growth of a practice area
  • Demonstrated ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams
  • Proven leadership across multiple industries and business areas; Preference for industry experience in Retail, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment and Financial Services
  • Helped develop and mentor lesser experienced Associates and team members
  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 10+ years of business experience

  • Lead the re-platforming of ecommerce site to Adaptive design architecture for global retailer
  • Manage mobile app operations for leading pharmacy retailer
  • Lead transition to Agile and throughput optimization of engineering org for social media startup
  • Develop business case and financial model for new product delivery platform for HR services organization
  • Deploy industry-leading native and web mobile applications and established the mobile program for a national airline
  • Develop a Digital Strategy for a regional financial services organization
  • Manage the product for the deployment of an enterprise content management system
  • Develop a digital center of excellence
  • Build personalization strategies and roadmap
  • Lead the integration of digital and organizational strategies and tactics
