Account Executive
Role Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the development of customer marketing campaign creative
by supporting the Manager Customer Campaign Strategy & Creative with all aspects of
creative planning, development, timelines and coordination as well as the handoff of
materials to the Marketing Execution team. Includes assisting in the development of
strategic Hispanic mass marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition for all
telecommunication residential products (video, telephone, Internet, home security, etc.).
Collaborating with key partners to optimize marketing for products through multiple
channels in order to exceed growth and profit objectives.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
• Assist in the development of the customer acquisition campaign strategy for the
Hispanic market, using output from previous campaign results as well as inputs from
boundary partners and key agencies
• Assists in the development of campaign strategy and approach and translates the
campaign strategy into a campaign plan
• Drive regular communications with the Campaign Execution team to track status and
measurement and align campaign execution to campaign strategy
• Manage key tools to ensure brand consistency in campaign execution while allowing
for local customization to achieve desired results
• Build tools including those utilized for TV, Radio, OOH, Web/Digital Production and
Trafficking
• Coordinate and manage tactical planning with subscriber team, sales, retention,
legal/regulatory, segmentation and other internal clients
• Collaborate with brand team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to
• Develop detailed strategic planning packet to be handed to the marketing operations
execution team
• Attend regular status meetings with execution team
• Provide and input information into master marketing calendar
• Work with resource planning to ensure appropriate resources available for projects
• Participate in the development of the suite of creative marketing materials, including
but not limited to: print, direct mail, door tags, email/banner ads, and television and
radio production
• Ensure all creative assets are uploaded appropriately to the digital asset management
tools
• Manage the timelines and costs of creative materials
• Partner with the brand team to ensure all advertising and marketing materials are in
line with brand guidelines and uphold brand integrity
• Ensure any regional nuances are incorporated into marketing creative plan
• Work closely with marketing operations team to ensure all materials and templates
are updated for implementation
• Implement processes for successful coordination of all customer creative campaigns
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Requires strong knowledge of applications such Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Access and SharePoint
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, initiative, process orientation, verbal, written,
presentation, interpersonal, leadership, and collaborative skills to work with crossfunctional
teams
• Fully bilingual in both English and Spanish
• Some travel required
Preferred
• BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (Marketing, Communications,
Business, etc.)
• Direct Marketing or Advertising Agency experience preferred
• Creative experience preferred
• Experience in telecommunications industry desired
