Job Description

Ever worked on a product where the requirements were dictated to you by stakeholders? Not at Pluralsight. We believe in Human-Centered Design, autonomous teams, and the customer breaking the tie. Which means, you will be working on a cross-functional team with a UX designer and a dev team who all share the same focus; learning from our customers and using that knowledge to decide what problems to solve and how to solve them. This is why we look for practitioners who are experienced, good at understanding people, and are driven by the love of what they do.


Pluralsight is expanding its Professional Services division. As we continue to enhance our enterprise offering, we're looking for a Product Manager focused on build out Expert Services, drive POCs against strategy and deliver high value service products based on our best in class product development methodologies.

What you’ll own:

  • Setting the outcomes with your team based on Pluralsight’s mission and vision

  • Discovering customer needs throughout the lifecycle of our enterprise customers, from the initial engagement to implementation to renewal process

  • Working with internal teams to create and refine our services strategy

  • Communicating plans, progress, goals, and challenges effectively to product and other internal teams

  • Testing proposed service products cost-effectively to minimize risk while continuing to learn and deliver

  • Partnering with the Professional Services team during the implementation to better understand customer needs

  • Measuring the effectiveness of our services, focusing on primary metrics that help move our mission forward

Experience you’ll need:

  • 5+ plus years of product management, with experience in leading services

  • An understanding of user research and human-centered design

  • An analytical approach to testing new features

  • Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with developers and engineers

  • Strong interest in the learning, and in improving how consumers across the social sector consume and interact with our platform and content
