Recruiting Coordinator

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• This is a temporary role, with the possibility of going long-term/permanent

• Provide support to our experienced and campus recruiting teams

• Posting career opportunities on various job boards

• Maintenance and reporting using our ATS/HRIS system

• Scheduling/coordinating candidate interviews and travel

• Payment authorizations and invoicing

• Administer and review background checks

• Serve as a back-up for other HR Coordinators

The qualifications.

• Associates degree in Human Resources or other related business field. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years' experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator. Experience as a recruiter or in a professional services firm preferred.

• Solid technical proficiency including knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Demonstrated skill for attention to detail and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
