We're looking for a Technical Recruiter for our engineering recruiting team to help attract and hire the best and brightest talent for Pinterest. Our strength as a recruiting team lies in our ability to strategize with leaders to build and scale teams and hire individuals who collectively make up our unique and inspiring culture. You'll help us determine who fits and where they'll have the biggest impact and you'll be responsible for helping to build our world class technical team and maintaining our amazing culture.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with senior engineering leadership to identify, engage, and manage senior level engineering talent
- Use data and innovative sourcing and closing methods to continuously improve our recruiting team's overall effectiveness
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years experience hiring engineering leaders
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building engineering organizations
- Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
