Recruiting Manager, Partnerships

We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to manage a team of recruiters to help attract and hire the best and brightest talent for Pinterest. Our strength as a recruiting team lies in our ability to strategize with leaders to build and scale teams and hire individuals who collectively make up our unique culture. You'll use data and creativity to create targeted recruiting strategies and partner with top business leaders around the world to build high performing teams that embody Pinterest's values and innovative culture.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with senior leadership to understand and fill hiring needs
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team
  • Strategically plan, own pipelines, and close hard-to-fill roles
  • Use data and sourcing tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance, PR, Programs, Workplace, HR, etc.)

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2-3+ years of experience leading a recruiting team
  • Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with teammates, candidates and hiring managers
  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
  • Leadership, organization, and creativity
