Product Manager, Advertiser Quality

Pinterest is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our fast growing Partner Product Monetization org to lead our ad relevance teams. Pinterest has a very unique advertising platform due to how our users perceive and interact with ads and organic content in the same way. This does however require us to push the boundaries on ad relevance and marketplace efficiency. Getting ads to reach the relevance of organic content is the #1 priority of the Monetization org. In this role, you will lead the ad relevance product vision, strategy and execution working closely with the most senior machine learning engineers in the company.

What you'll do:

  • Lead vision, strategy, and execution for ad relevance at Pinterest
  • Work closely with cross functional partners in engineering, data science, sales, marketing, finance and other product groups to develop a roadmap and deliver on goals
  • Evangelize your product vision to senior management and diverse stakeholders through data analysis, customer research and the strength of your convictions

What we're looking for:

  • At least 7 years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies
  • Prior experience with relevance and marketplace optimization
  • Strong technical and analytical ability
  • Understanding of the advertising ecosystem
  • Bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills with experience giving strategic presentations
  • Technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent work experience
