Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you’ll create insights to help form product and business strategy, perform analyses to understand how the product and experiments are performing, and define and surface metrics for the business. Using your affinity for visualizing and communicating data, you’ll work to shape the future of Pinterest by making sure we’re building the best product for our Pinners.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand user-behavioral drivers of product performance at a deep level
  • Execute strategic analysis using a combination of Pinterest and external data such as industry trends and benchmarks
  • Work cross-functionally to compile and communicate key insights, identify product opportunities, and offer recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with Product Managers to define metrics reporting for critical product areas and establish prioritization of work

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; experience with consumer tech product is preferred
  • A team player who’s able to multi-task on projects cross-functionally and can quickly turn insights into actions
  • Fluency in SQL; experience with data manipulation and visualization (R preferred)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
