People Development Partner

We're looking for a senior people development leader who will own several high impact people development initiatives within Pinterest. We hire high performing employees and your goal will be to help them do their very best work, individually and collectively. You'll join a small, committed team with a huge opportunity for growth and impact.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with our People Partners (HRBPs) to diagnose and understand functional needs and create solutions to address them
  • Lead the strategy and execution for global manager effectiveness
  • Build and lead talent planning processes and solutions
  • Engage with internal teams to create bespoke solutions to improve team effectiveness
  • Design, develop, and implement OD programs that drive key business outcomes

What we're looking for:

  • 12+ years of experience in training, learning & development, coaching, leadership development, talent management and/or OD
  • A team player with the ability to build strong relationships across all functions
  • Experience designing and facilitating learning experiences
  • A continuous learner with a consultative mindset
  • An executor with a scrappy, "find a way to get it done" mentality and strong attention to detail
