Inside Sales Trainer

The success of PillPack is dependent on hiring and retaining great employees and providing them with the training, tools, and resources needed to effectively perform their jobs.  Training is the foundation for building a highly efficient and highly engaged team.  As the Advisory Center Trainer, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing a training program that is consistent with PillPack’s strategic goals and culture. Through your ability to support and develop employees you will contribute to a training program and a culture of continuous learning and development.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON EVERY DAY?

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to ensure that training fulfills company objectives
  • Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to identify the learning objectives, content development, and delivery of proposed trainings
  • Participate in meetings and strategy for new campaign team launches/training initiatives
  • Develop clear and informative training procedures and materials for all training topics
  • Implement compliance trainings in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Partner closely with subject matter experts to build dynamic proprietary content
  • Deliver training to employees via one-on-ones or group sessions
  • Develop engaging forward-thinking training delivery methods to better engage our ever-evolving training audience
  • Ensure all new employees are set up with all necessary systems on or before their first day of employment to ensure a smooth integration
  • Work closely with Management and subject matter experts to develop pre/post quizzes to gauge knowledge-shift
  • Partner with managers for follow-up on training initiatives 30/60/90 days after training
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to analyze sales data to identify successes or opportunities for improvement in training
  • Work directly with the Advisory Director as a strong resource for growth within the organization and to provide on-brand communication and learning modules to all teams
  • Create and maintain a training calendar in collaboration with the PillPack leadership team
  • Be a cultural advocate and role model for all PillPack employees

WHAT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE DO I NEED IN THIS ROLE?

  • Minimum  3 years of experience in Employee Training, Learning Development, Project Management, or Inside/Outside Sales
  • Ability to learn business computer applications and help others transfer knowledge into practical use
  • Excellent communication skills and oral communication skills with considerable presentation experience
  • Ability to work with sales management to assess training needs
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Scheduling and coordination experience a plus
  • Experience developing new curriculum and adapting existing curriculum to new training approaches
  • Team player / collaborative style / innovative
  • Learning Management System experience preferred
  • Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare prefered
