Customer Outreach Advisor

Our Advisor Center team is at the forefront of delivering a delightfully simple experience to increase customer growth and awareness about our service. Our team is growing fast and we are looking for self-motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic individuals to help us provide the best service possible to our new customers. As a Customer Outreach Advisor, you will engage with new customers and serve as a primary resource in guiding them through the PillPack onboarding process. We are looking for people who have a passion for helping others and a desire to be part of a brand new team and growing company. This role will enable you to set a career path in the healthcare and play a vital role in helping PillPack customers feel empowered, cared for and well-informed.


  • Assists customers through the pharmacy onboarding process via telephone and written correspondence
  • Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and builds consumer loyalty by ensuring that requests are met in a timely and helpful way
  • Coordinates across various teams to gather information and resolve issues
  • Uses software and web-based tools to gather and track information, documents customer interaction outcomes and troubleshoots issues.


  • An excellent communicator, specifically over the phone and via email
  • Passionate about building a brand through providing excellent service and fostering relationships with customers and team members
  • Able to work independently, take ownership and pay attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in your working style
  • A fast learner and are willing to learn about pharmacy and PillPack’s onboarding process


  • A high school diploma or a college degree with experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, listening and computer skills
  • Experience in successful research and resolution of high level/sensitive customer issues
  • Previous experience in healthcare, health insurance or personal understanding of the management of a complex/chronic condition a plus
  • Experience as a pharmacy tech a plus
