Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for helping shape and implement the creative strategy and ensuring consistency across the Phreesia brand.  This includes adhering to creative guidelines for creative work including print, websites, digital campaigns, tradeshow, social, videos, PowerPoint decks and general design of marketing collateral. We are looking for a great contributor with the ability to hit the ground running and take on projects from conception to execution.  The Associate Creative Director position works cross functionally.  The ideal candidate must stay nimble in the face of new technology and trends in the industry.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative strategies 
  • Provide creative direction on a wide variety of materials including website design (Visual, IA, Interaction & Navigation), digital marketing, print, videos, e-mails, tradeshows, etc. 
  •  Ability to take complex data sets and translate into visuals 
  •  Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas 
  • Work cross-functionally on conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion 
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met on all collateral 
  • Collaborate on development of PPT presentations for sales and other company initiatives 
  • Meet with management to explain campaign strategies and solutions 
  • Own creative repository of marketing materials and initiate update and/or refresh 
  • Audit library of collateral being used and ensure consistency across all pieces  
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to monitor marketing mix and results by coordinating tracking actions with sales and marketing representatives 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to create and revise marketing plans by analyzing campaign results; identifying expansion opportunities 
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies 
  • Video storyboarding 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Fine Art, Graphic Design, Web Design, Graphic Design School 
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, including focus on demand generation 
  •  Ability to straddle between strategy and execution as needed 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite 6 
  • Healthcare marketing a plus  
  • Presentation development (I.e. Keynote, PPT) 
  • Familiarity with Marketo design is plus 
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
  • Design: UI/UX, digital ad, social media, WordPress, wireframing tool 
  • Demonstrate understanding of best practices related to email designs, responsive UX, and social media 
  • Very strong written and verbal communication
