Business Development Manager - Perth



We're recruiting for an outstanding B2B new business outside sales closer to support our continued expansion across Australia. You'll be presenting our market leading audio branding products face-to-face with decision makers and owners of small to medium sized businesses across the Greater Perth region. Sitting three to five pre-qualified meetings a day, booked by our established B2B sales professionals, you'll be expected to seal the deal in the first meeting.

In return, we'll ensure you're handsomely compensated with an uncapped commission structure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Presenting audio branding to decision makers and business owners through a structured presentation
  • Taking every opportunity to close deals in the first meeting
  • Achieving sales revenue from new business meetings
  • Self-generating new client prospects
  • Handing off signed deals to an implementation and account management team

What you'll need:
  • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business through a short sales cycle
  • Excellent rapport building skills - a personality that is instantly likeable
  • Extensive experience of closing deals with decision makers
  • Refined direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques to 'always be closing'
  • Strong sense of urgency and comfortable closing a high volume of sales
  • Currently a top performer looking to further increase your earnings with a hyper-growth company
