Job Description

Replacing and fullfilling this position is key to our R&D organization in realizing the stretch targets for our LED Lamps Spots portfolio, especially for the Premium Spots. This category aims at introducing new features and expanding value fast in 2016-2018. AOP 2016 ambition of this category targets 100M EUR. In this category, the optical design plays key differentation in the market.

  • OE critical skills:

o Work out proper optical solutions accoridng to the product system requirements. Within the engineering team, design, simulate, test and release the optical design.

o In this position, the employee will be in close cooperation with System, LED and Mechanical Engineers to optimize design solutions. And it is also required for the employee to work closely with optical parts suppliers to solve isseus during product release.

o Team player, organized and structure – Fluency in English is recommended.
