Your challenge

Your challenge is to build and foster relationships in key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with the given accounts

Your responsibilities

Implements consumer sales strategy with the named accounts towards driving sales growth and turnover

Executes consumer sales strategy in the context of local market trends with the assigned accounts

Create sales plan for named Accounts

Maximizes the customer promotional plan

Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction

Manages customers offer performance

We are looking for

  • Bachelor degree holder in respective discipline, Management or Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in sales & marketing with knowledge of distribution network & prefarably DIY – National accounts
  • At least 5 years of experinece in a market/customer-facing role
  • Good understanding of consumer Marketing and Channel
  • High knowledge of account planning and financial acumen
  • Proven proven track record in sales target achievements
  • Self-starter, work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, ability to exceed goals, has self initiative
  • Be able to work in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
  • Innovative and creative thinking
  • Good communication in Turkish & English and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization
