1.Take A and lower complexity projects as design leader or team member in a higher complexity platform project
2.Roadmap and platform way of thinking should be imbedded into daily work, and can propose technical platform solutions with high commonality and standardization consideration.
3.Design power electronics and control circuitry for electronics driver products. Select required components and fit into manufacturing process.
4.Follow ICP development process, design guidelines and quality test plans to ensure quality and reliability of electronics driver products
5.Independently solve technical issues during development stage, and proactively manage technical risks with the support of project team members
6.Take cost and project ownership in responsible development project, and driving for project delivery on time and reaching the lowest cost
7.Implementing design tools to enhance the predictability and theoretical understanding in managing risks and solve issues. E.g. Mentor, LTSpice, Matlab etc.
8.Keep up to date with regional product standards (IEC, EN, UL , GB, ANSI, Energy Star), regional light source manufacturer requirements and the steps of QTP update
9.Actively support and cooperate with other team members to reach a "Team up to excel" result. Provide certain coach to junior engineer or technician in a project team.
10.Keep open on improvement opportunities, way of working optimization, and achieve excellent projects results: low cost, short throughput time with good quality.
