  • Drive performance of the key account team to achieve incremental growth in existing accounts and build a strong pipeline of new accounts
  • Steer the team towards increasing Philips' share in the market in this segment
  • Create action plans to penetrate key accounts, engaging internal resources to deliver the best outcome while driving the sales process with a view to keeping Philips as the preferred supplier
  • Engage with and develop strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers of potential accounts
  • Drive flawless execution of the projects leading to highest level of customer service
  • Systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement
  • Implement Marketing activities in collaboration with the End-User Product Marketer
  • Executes the Lighting 4 Pillar Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities
  • Drive engagement and a culture of accountability for the sales team with a view to building capabilities
