Manages sales and commercial partnerships with customers in a country or key market, for a
specific product portfolio, normally for a small BL. Creates and implements the national sales strategy and the Sales Plan, including sales forecasts. Remains within the distribution strategy of the BU. Reports direct to the BL on regional or cluster level. Leads a small team of sales representatives. His sales team is supported by other functions: product marketing, trade marketing, category management, logistics, F&A/HR.
