Job Description

  1. Be responsible for Hubei Project AOP achievement;

  2. Cooperate with dealers to win the projects and reach the contract;

  3. Follow up key projects in Hubei and maintain the relationship with dealers;

  4. Keep good realationship with Institutions;

  5. Deploy company policy and new products to Hubei markets;

  6. Organize segment seminars and training;

  7. Cooperate dealers to communicate with Central marketing team and logistic

  8. Manage PSR and look for the human improvement.
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business.
  • Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experiences, at least 3 years switch project sales & familiar with bidding in residential real estate industry.
  • Sound knowledge in customer relationship management.
  • Initiative, communication skills, team spirit and good negotiation skill.
  • Fluency in spoken / written Mandarin, English fluency would be a plus.
  • Capable to work under pressure and frequent business travel.
