Product Manager

The Home Business Growth Market & Greater China is responsible for the portfolio definition, product development and manufacturing & sourcing of home consumer lighting fixtures sold in Growth Market, China, Hongkong and Taiwan, whilst also supply to EMEA/NA where required. This role is sit in BG homes, with high devleopment space in organization, current scope is to support Decor senior product manager on


  • Leads BMC planning jointly with Product Marketing
  • Manages offer performance: PIPO, NPI and MIP
  • Briefs Marcom Center of Expertise
  • Defines customer insights, VPH, business cases, product development, MIP (business part) in coordination with markets
  • Maintains portfolio performance, manages PLC, pruning, pricing, product data, technical support to markets


  • Drives ICOS development
  • Manages IGM and Profitability at Product/Systems/Services level


  • Defines offer value propositions leveraging customer and market insights to deliver a rich customer experience
  • Translates business opportunities into business market combination


  • Drives cross functional collaboration, strategic focus and organization agility.
  • Establishes a winning spirit, embedding our culture within Product Management team


  1. 3 years + working experience in product markeing management;

  2. excellent English communication skill;

  3. proactive, creative, open mind, good communication.
