Key areas of accountability
a. Conduct marketing research and analysis to develop strategy plan for global, specifically emerging markets.
b. Prepare AOP MAG/AG plan based on strategy plan.
c. Manage the product portfolio and develop programs to achieve sales target
d. Manage the pricing activites according to pricing policy to ensure enough profit and maintain Philips product NPS to competitors.
e. Coordinate with the Global Platform Team to plan new product development and launch.
f. Support the key account sales team to develop customers, to support NSO/RSO sales team to achieve sales growth and maintain long-term relationship with these key customers.
g. Participate in the customer seminars, lighting club programs, conduct the product trainings, and etc.
h. Build and maintain close relations with lighting experts, specifiers, consultants, government officials, as a method to explore any potential sales opportunities and strengthen Philips leadership in the market.
i. market insight generation and value proposition creation with the market study and feedback
