Job Description


Manage the End2End Quality and Sustainability relationship with allocated supply base

o Support in defining and implementing supplier quality functional excellence initiatives.

o Implements supplier quality, sustainability and supplier development processes and contributes or leads supplier audits

o Sets supplier quality requirements to suppliers (focus on double E processes)

o Drives& develops suppliers and reports on performance

Performs a QPL role in NPI projects by:

o Drives early supplier engagement in the NPI process

o Verifies, validates and releases components, assemblies and processes at suppliers

Supports product lifecycle management

Supports resolution of supplier related customer complaints

Ensures high level quality functional capabilities

3+ years of experience in electronics design and electronics assembly processes

3+ years of experience in Development Quality, Supplier Quality

Thorough understanding of Quality Tools & modern engineering methods - PPAP, D/PFMEA, MSA, control plans, SPC, Cpk, DfA, DfM, VE etc.

Work experience in Philips or other multi-national company in the area of LED, driver, module or luminary is preferable

Certified in LEAN 6 Sigma/Green Belt holder is preferable

Good speaking and writing English skills


Bachelor(or above) in engineer./technology or a related discipline, double E engineer is preferable
