What is required of you?
You will be responsible for the overall management, retention and growth of Philips Lighting trade customers across the country. You will leverage your commercial sales experience to ensure that Philips Lighting is at the forefront of our customers' minds and build on the growth that we have consistently developed over the years.
To help you to achieve this, you will be supported by a team of 10 Key Account Managers whom you will mentor and coach. Your leadership skills is what sets you apart from others as is your experience in building high performance teams.
Your success will also be dependent on your collaboration with our internal supply chain, logistics and marketing teams to ensure that our customers are provided with best in class service and results.

Who are we looking for?
Without a doubt, you are someone with proven experience in growing customers with the trade channel. There is no need for you to have had experience in the Lighting industry, but we would like you to have had experience with fast moving electrical goods. You come with a disciplined sales approach and proven sales leadership experience. You are tenacious, ambitious and committed.
More importantly though, you are an individual who seeks to make a difference – not only for yourself, but also for your team and customers. You are a sales leader who understands the value of providing solutions, rather than just selling products.
In addition, you are someone who is passionate about the lighting industry and excited about the possibilities of what light can deliver just as much as we are!
