Job Description

Your challenge

You are responsible for promoting Philips Lighting as an employer with innovative targeted marketing campaigns and tools in line with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and the Philips Lighting brand. You develop and implement the Philips Lighting' online strategy for Europe as well as contribute with the global recruitment marketing online strategy in alignment with the Employer Brand

Your responsibilities

  • Based on the regional (Europe) talent acquisition strategy, builds the regional recruitment marketing strategy and plans for the critical talent segments in the region, based on deep understanding and insights of the regional/local labor market, market trends & requirements.
  • Builds and drives the employer value proposition (EVP) in the region aligning with the global employer brand strategy and collaborating with the recruitment marketing global/regional resources
  • Develops programs and propositions in line with the EVP and in alignment with the business objectives and 'glocal' Talent acquisition strategy.
  • Creates and implements regional segment marketing/communication programs & online campaigns including all marcom supporting materials necessary and supports similar global programs and campaigns
  • Translates the employer brand strategy in tangible tools and training for the talent acquisition team to enable them to attract the best talent
  • Manages employer brand content for regional relevant online platforms.
  • Contributes to the online strategy and global digital employer brand campaign
  • Contributes managing the global careers website for Philip Lighting with regard to content management and campaigns
  • Aligns with the regional Brand, Communications and Digital Marketing team to ensure brand alignment, content strategy and planning, leverage opportunities for the talent brand
  • Tracks competition and keep pace with trends and opportunities in the markets for the respective critical talent segments
  • Contributes to integrating & building up relevant digital touch points such as, social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, search, etc
  • Contributes to implementing online support including analytics and data management to ensure operational excellence in the online ecosystem

Your Team

You will be part of the TA Europe organization, working closely together with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Sourcers, and the TA Support team to hire 'best in class' candidates.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role; employer brand experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid experience analyzing recruitment marketing data and driving insights and relevant actions
  • Sound experience to partner with and build credibility with internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Proven ability to drive quality and efficiency
  • Proven ability to balance a strong strategic thinking and a "hands-on" mentality translating the employer brand objectives into an online/recruitment marketing strategy that drives high impact
