- Ensure ongoing management of key customer relationships, ensuring a high-level service is being provided wherever possible, aligned with strong strategy and growth initiatives
- Grow the business profitability in alignment with business goals and budgets.
- Create and execute business plans in collaboration with key customer stakeholders
- Identify and deliver innovative ways to profile our products and increase sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Signify
- Strong understanding of market and customer dynamics coupled with the ability to translate them into actionable and transformational plans
- Robust (8+ years) experience in market or customer facing operations with a solid understanding of different go-to-market models
- Demonstrated ability working with remote teams from different backgrounds
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at various levels
- Strong analytical skills
