Your challenge

Are you an ambitious sales professional, looking for a position in the heart of the commercial organization of Philips Lighting Israel? Then this might be the job for you!

As Key Account Manager End Users (m/f) (KAM End Users), you drive and grow business value by building and fostering relationships with named accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability with these accounts. In particular, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial initiatives towards private and public clients

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as KAM End Users are:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key personnel at named accounts in the following sectors: Public , Office and Industry , Retail and Hospitality
  • Maximize sales opportunities by increasing Philips Lighting share of accounts' purchases;
  • Business and market development for Systems and Services propositions pertaining to Philips Lighting
  • Consultative selling based on the requirement of the end-user to manage end to end complete performance contract proposal
  • Understand the Systems and Services Go to Market and to deploy the same to translate towards an ESCO business realization
  • Create action plans to penetrate key accounts
  • Identify multiple stakeholders (architects, specifiers, promoters and investors) and engage internal resources while driving the sales process
  • Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by understanding critical customer challenges and taking a solution-based approach
  • Coordinate on end to end, with Business to Market, the End-User proposal and engage towards contractual fulfillment of the End Client's Lighting requirement
  • Deliver on the Sales targets (turnover and margin); T/O between 3-5MIO ISL
  • Embrace the culture of the organization respecting Philips Lighting Business Principles and demonstrating the Values.

Your team

You will be part of the Professional Sales Team, directly reporting to the Sales Manager Israel.

We are looking for

As a Sales talent we expect you to have:

  • Technical Background (a degree in electrical/electronic Engineer represents a plus)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in developing commercial solutions
  • Previous experience within Utilities, Municipalities, Infrastructure projects, Commercial buildings are preferred
  • Results and client oriented mindset
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Capable of seamlessly connecting and influencing customer' s decision making
  • Solution selling and high level account planning knowledge
  • Ability to influence many stakeholders and team up with others
  • Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level
  • Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains
  • Fluent in English
