Head of Sales, Professional Systems & Services

Your challenge

As our business continues to evolve and grow, an opportunity now exists for a sales professional to be part of our management team in Australia, where you will be leading a dedicated team of 30+ Key Account Managers, Engineers, Lighting Designers and System Architects.

In this critical client-facing role, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of sales across Australia through the development of commercial partnerships in the areas of Professional Trade, Enterprise Clients and Value Added Partners.

Commercially focused with the ability to think critically, you will be leveraging your strategic and leadership skills from a similar position, and you will bring with you a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity and a deep understanding of the digital and connected technology sector.

Your consultative nature and ability to construct new relationships is a natural trait, as is your adeptness in working together with clients to solve problems, helping them create impact within their own businesses.

Your team

In this leadership role, you will be part of our Australian management team and report directly to the General Manager for Philips Lighting ANZ. You will be working closely with our local teams to provide guidance and leadership on key plans and projects, with support from regional divisions across all domains.
