application of innovative lighting solutions. The Center of Expertise Operations EMEA is located in Piła, Poland and is a part of Financial

Planning & Analysis organization within Philips Lighting.

Intercompany Transfer Pricing Department is part of FP&A and based on international regulations takes care of global setting of prices between Philips entities. It strives for harmonized, highly centralized and automated process to support and safeguard policies in an efficient way.

Your role:

You will be responsible for setting intercompany prices, design, maintain and improve centrally managed processes. It is a global role where you execute policies in multi-cultural environment cooperating with different departments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting role to OTP team, Sales Organizations, Distribution Centres where it relates transfer prices
  • Executing the transfer pricing maintenance process
  • Analyses of requests and potential risks
  • Monitoring EBIT and reviewing tax / duties impact against the transfer pricing policy and procedures
  • Performance improvement of transfer pricing processes,
  • Safeguard timely and adequate response to ad-hoc request concerning transfer pricing

We are looking for a person who fits to the following requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum Bachelor preferably Master degree
  • Well communication skills in English
  • Strong drive for capability building and development (quick learner)
  • Experience working in financial organizations (transfer pricing, accounting, controlling, management reporting, business analysis, preferably within an international environment)
  • Ability to lead improvements with aiming for organizational excellence solutions
  • Computer skills MS office, especially Excel ( knowledge of SAP will be additional advantage)
  • Good, open attitude to learn and team work environment
  • Client orientation
  • Analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions under time pressure
  • Problem solving skills
