Your Challenge

Your challenge is strengthening the B2B and the order to cash process, in line with the new GTM (got to market) and bringing back the business into growth trajectory.

Your Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner, you are responsible for:

  • Co-piloting with the CFO and providing all financial support for professional channel in Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide timely, relevant and accurate information and analytics to CEO and CFO.
  • Translate financial targets and KPI's to non-finance partners for business planning; track target realization and drive corrective actions.
  • Streamlining the B2B, order to cash process, in line with the GTM (go to market).
  • Improve sales forecasting and driving by improving the credit profile of customers through channel consolidation and channel financing.
  • Drive value creation: Assess elements in strategic plans, new contracts, projects and day-to-day operations on their financial impacts under consideration of market developments and customer insights
  • Accountable for driving performance by setting, managing and reporting appropriate targets
  • Assurance of the internal control environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Philips' business principles and annual GBP statement.
  • Conduct proper risk assessments and Due Diligence Processes.

We are looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Masters/MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of related experience required
  • A minimum of 3+ years in a finance leadership role.
  • Proven B2B experience from a finance perspective
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Proven communication and relationship building skills to collaborate with sales and related cross-functional teams
  • Able to developing complex finance models
  • Global experience and geographic mobility a plus
  • Cash flow management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Experience a matrix/ complex environment
  • Must have people development and leadership skills
  • Fluent English, Arabic is a preference.
