Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze our customer's EDI requirements, translate them into specifications for our service delivery teams and set-up new EDI message flows yourself
  • Conduct testing with our business teams and our customers/ local service providers in the geographical region Asia-Pacific and Greater China to ensure accurate configuration and development
  • Solve EDI issues that appear in the existing EDI flows together with our local order desks and our virtual EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) support team
