Job summary

The Distributor Manager is specifically responsible for managing distributors in Metro Manila area. These distributors are in direct contact with hardware and electrical builders, pro-shops and supermarket channels in the territory covering over 1,500 retailers and key re-sellers.

Your challenge

  • Responsible for distribution target, visibility target and volume target of assigned territory and channels in Greater Manila Area (GMA).
  • Works with and leads key personnel of the distributor organization and top retailers in GMA.
  • Support distributor staff in balance organizational functions. Key result areas are trade sales, reach, effective reach and trade execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach

We are looking for

  • Graduate of Business administration / Marketing or related degree
  • Five years of Sales experience gained from consumer electronics or fast moving goods industry
  • 3+ years managing distributors in Metro Manila
  • Account management experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
