Your Challenge :
To create comprehensive reporting using SAP, Excel, and Helios to help track the insourcing of approximately 5000 accounts to our location. We will need to be able to track each account, the total AR and the breakdown of all Past due items on each account. Once insourcing is complete, the reports will need to be used for all accounts across the entire collections portfolio. Work instructions for all duties will also need to be audited for accuracy.
Your Responsibilities :
Assist in Monthly reporting duties to be shared with upper management
Monthly tracking of individual collectors and progress on reduction of past due deductions
Monthly tracking of overall past due credits/cash on accounts and reduction
Create visual reports to be posted on the daily Management Board to ensure all collectors can visually see where they stand on a weekly basis compared to others on their team.
Assist with reconciliation of specific accounts, to ensure accuracy
Your Team :
Your team will be made up of a dynamic group of fast paced collectors managing approximately $500 M dollars per month. Each collector has varied backgrounds and will be able to assist with understanding the business to business side of accounts receivables. You will learn new skills and techniques in SAP, Helios and Excel.
We are looking for a candidate that is willing to work in a fast pasted environment and enhance their skills with the knowledge gained by joining our team.
We are looking for a candidate that has reconciliation skills, and must have a good understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP. Advanced Excel skills is a plus. ( Pivot Tables, V Lookups, and Macros) Bachelor Degree Candidate is required.
