Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead Change Management Deliverables for the clinical capabilities to make sure they are delivered on time to enable a leader-led transformation. You will also accelerate transformation and enable knowledge sharing to assure change management, communication and learning needs are effectively addressed and in line with Global Design and Market requirements.

You are responsible for:

  • Perform change impact analysis and localization building transparency on change effort anticipating risks and road-blocks.
  • Support Interpersonal readiness assuring a successful handover to standing organization during Continuous Improvement phase.
  • Responsible for formulating the (sub) project plan, in consultation with management and other parties concerned on base of the requirements.
  • Develops comprehensive program and project plan, gaining full agreement from partners.
  • Organize the resources to be used (quality, time, budget and information) and specifies the quality standard in the processes.
  • Defines the risks of the project and develops scenarios to overcome these risks.
  • Implementation and realization according to the project plan (specification, quality, time, money, information) and organization.
  • Represents the (sub)-project group in the overall project to optimize fit for use and overall effectiveness.
  • Reports on the progress of the program with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the team members. Ensures that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge. Involved in formulating the overall project assignment and having the assignment and plan approved by management, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders/parties involved, on base of requirements and business case.
  • Defines project risks (critical metrics, budget) and develops plans to overcome these risks.
  • Deploys process improvements and makes the program efficient and transparent, in line with departmental and project processes
  • Represents the project team in the business and provides business management with regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
  • Familiarity with collaboration and time management tools
  • Experience with process improvement and inventory control
  • PMP Certification
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Domain knowledge and understanding of all relevant disciplines.
  • In depth knowledge of project management methods and of estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for all relevant disciplines
  • Change and people leadership, leading virtual, multi- cultural teams without reporting lines
  • Collaborative
  • Financial knowledge related to building and maintaining business cases
  • Runs multi-site projects in international setting with several disciplines, technical and nontechnical.
  • Handle Internal and external partners
