Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) currently has an entry-level opening in our San Diego, CA location for a Training and Education Strategy Assistant to work under the general direction of the Sr. Manager Training Education & Market Enablement supporting Sales and Customer Training.

We help healthcare providers to decide, guide, treat and confirm the right care in real time during the procedure to enable better outcomes for each patient and at population level.
In this role, you will support the digital marketing of education campaigns.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates need to live within commuting distance to the San Diego office.
You are responsible for
Execution Expert: Aiding in the development of and utilizing a finely tuned social strategy the T&E Strategy Assistant should execute and manage the program independently hosting frequent loop and update calls reviewing metrics. Working alongside leadership admins to access and time posts from executives in a strategic manner.
Communication: The T&E Strategy Assistant needs to be able to communicate consistently, clearly and concisely as they navigate various functions and engage at executive levels. Communication externally needs to be consistent with compliant and approved product and campaign messaging and the T&E Strategy Assistant should be aware and remain up to date on the approved verbiage.
Task Management & Metrics: The T&E Strategy Assistant will be responsible for managing content and internal and external digital platforms such as and not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, FaceBook, Yammer, Philips ELIITE Academy, and partner publications ex: VS online/Biba Medical. He or She will schedule and follow up in a timely manner to posts and should be able to competently respond to the inquiries from the network. There should be a consistent and live metric sharing report out per program and on a routine (TBD) basis to define SOP for the networking campaigns. Feedback and surveys through Inquisium and other tools are expected to be utilized and reported out to the Medical Education teams for evaluation and broader report out.
Situational Adaptability: The T&E Strategy Assistant should be able to scale and adapt to the ever- changing eco-system of the digital education and networking and must stay up to date and adhere to Philips policies on Media presence.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) required
- 1+ years of experience as a team/department assistant
- Prior experience in digital marketing is a plus!
- Ability to take initiative and work in a collaborative way
- Strong ability to prioritize and set structure
- Proficient computer skillset
- English competency
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
