In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Work closely together with the ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS) teams across ISC sites, ISC Central functions/BPOs, manufacturing site Quality Ops leaders and Global Quality Compliance Learning team. You will support the Philips Enterprise initiative to ensure enterprise process and tool education can be deployed: ensure we can assign right training, to the right person, at the right time, defined by job families, job profile and/or business roles to ensure proper employee competency and consistent adoption & execution of our processes. Be ISC SME on training process and associated PIL tool, leading to set-up QMS training delivery structure.

You are responsible for:
- Deploying, maintaining, enforcing and managing a compliant and effective QMS Training Management within all applicable central ISC Functions
- Maintain effective and lean QMS Training Management structure, documents and processes at all levels
- Manage the transition deployment of the QMS training related activities, projects and processes and managing its deployment; managing Quality Plan while maintaining compliance and effectiveness throughout the duration of the transition
- Support training admins across ISC manufacturing & IWD sites.
- Ensuing all mandatory trainings are properly set and training is executed as required
- Reporting and acting on training compliance and training related KPIs
- Supporting users on the Training Management System processes and associated tools
- Driving and executing compliance and/or LEAN improvements in the area of QMS training compliance.
- Preparing and participating in audits and Management Reviews.
- Supporting the sites during FDA, EU MDR, MDSAP and/or ISO audits
- Supporting the transition of the PQMS processes and supporting their deployment
- Escalating QMS and Training issues from the manufacturing/ IWD to central ISC PQMS team/BPE/BPO's/OCL as appropriate.
- Representing and being the voice of ISC in all Enterprise-wide training projects and initiatives.
- Evaluating efficiency of existing practices and acting accordingly
- Helping build a strong and innovative compliance training culture mindset
You are a part of:
The ISC PQMS Team that plans, controls and manages relevant QMS activities for all Manufacturing & IWD sites globally within Philips.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor level with at least 5 years of experience in a highly regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, automotive, food, defense, aerospace), working with ISO quality standards or GxP requirements
- Experienced with Training processes and practices, and with Training Management tools in the Quality field and aptitude for other software tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft SharePoint)
- Experienced with leading managing medium to large scales projects end-to-end, preferably in the field of Training and/or Quality
- Excellent organization skills and ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a matrix organization with minimum supervision
- Professional written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Accurate, superior planning, problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills (e.g. CAPA, root cause analysis) with attention to detail and follow-through
- Quality driven, strong customer service focus, with the ability to influence others, at all levels, to achieve goals
- Flexible due to the worldwide scope.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
