In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Perform evaluation, repair and estimates on Class I and class II medical equipment. Interacts with teams internal and external, in order to further business opportunities, efficiencies, and compliance with regulations to which we are held accountable. Keeps current on all training activities. Performs in other roles within the facility, as required, with the understanding that flexibility and cross-training leads to strong overall performance in varying conditions. Documents activities, as required, within various systems, electronic and paper based, in order to comply with regulations and increase traceability and transparency of activities performed.

  • Deliver Results (Take Ownership): Complies with Quality, Safety, Regulatory and Training requirements. Meet Daily targets for QCDSP. Maintain Quality expectation. Delivery of serviced /refurbished shipped devices. Record service performance data per QCDSM expectations.

  • Eager to Win: Participate and/or lead QCDSP Level 1 meetings. Address non-conformities and/or corrective actions. Assist in Kaizen, 5S, and other Continuous Improvement Activities.

  • Team Up to Excel: Participate in cross-training across multiple products and/or disciplines.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Associates Degree
  • Mechanical or Electrical experience
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Technical/troubleshooting experience
