Technical Scrum Master
We challenge you as a Technical Scrum Master in our Philips Radiology Oncology Solutions (PROS) business unit. As Philips creates new opportunities out of the ongoing Healthcare Transformation, you will be responsible to lead two Scrum Teams which are executing stories related to the ongoing development of PROS Radiation Treatment Planning System and related products.

You are responsible for
• Maintaining transparency between Teams, Management and Organization
• Keeping the Teams focused on the current Sprint and Increment objectives
• Driving self-organization and self-help within the Teams
• Keeping the Teams focused toward business-driven development

• Ensuring and supporting the Empowerment of the Teams
• Using your background in software development to provide guidance to the Team
• Coordinating and facilitating Sprint and Increment ceremonies
• Running daily stand-ups, and capturing and reporting progress

You are a part of
PROS delivers Radiation Treatment Planning applications that run on validated platforms. The business unit addresses the evolving needs of our customers in order to succeed in the new value-based healthcare environment and works as part of the broader Radiation Oncology business along with local country organizations to develop the solutions road map for Radiation Oncology.
We utilize the SAFe development organization model with multiple Agile Scrum teams in several locations worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in development
• Degree (BS/MS) in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics field - for example,
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Physics, Dosimetry, etc.
• Experience in leading Scrum Teams in Agile software development.
• Experience in Healthcare is preferred.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.
• Proficiency with office automation software (Word, Excel, Project, etc.).
• Strong written, oral, & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
