Technical Project Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to
be responsible for the delivery of projects utilizing VitalHealth's Healthcare Platform . Your focus will be spread across multiple customers and partners and you will work directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure client satisfaction and adoption. You will also play a significant role in supporting new business software and services opportunities.

The Technical Project Manager drives the collaboration with business area(s) and (technology) partners to ensure that all project participants are effectively communicating and executing tasks as specified in the project plan. You will provide post-sales ownership over multiple accounts and partnerships and support our growing business!

You are responsible for

  • Oversee the delivery of VitalHealth projects at customer accounts within the US to ensure deployment matches customers' expectations;
  • Mentor a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, nurturing them from inception to launch while collaborating with stakeholders and establishing realistic development guidelines;
  • Interface with VitalHealth and Philips Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support;
  • Work with our development teams across the globe to deliver solutions that are in line with customer's requirements;
  • Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule;
  • Monitors and reports all project risks and issues; leads mitigation and resolution efforts to limit risks; escalates as needed;
  • Assists in establishing, enabling, and improving project management and software development methodologies, procedures and policies.

You are a part of
VitalHealth which has been recently acquired by Philips. VitalHealth Software is a global provider of innovative cloud-based eHealth solutions for Accountable Care Organizations, Health Information Exchanges and Specialty Care. Headquartered in the Netherlands.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • 5+ years experience in Operations or (Service) Delivery roles and a minimum of 3 years of healthcare IT experience;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service delivery management, client management or team Lead experience;
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities with your ability to quickly understand processes and to develop technical solutions to support customers business challenges and vision;
  • Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of healthcare IT solutions, but also in coding, building and/or integrating web services, data integration architecture, designing complex solutions, and/or designing databases;
  • Experience with Agile project management;
  • Experience in the area of hosting and software deployment (AWS, Azure etc.)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak and write at executive and business levels;
  • Willing to travel (10-15%).
